 Motherboard ek computer ka mukhya printed circuit board hota hai jo CPU, memory, storage aur peripherals jaise mukhya components ko hold aur connect karta hai. Yeh in components ke beech communication ka infrastructure provide karta hai aur computer ko ek unified system ke roop mein kaam karne ki anumati deta hai.

Motherboard ke kuch mukhya components nimn hote hain:

1.CPU Socket: Yeh wo jagah hai jahan Central Processing Unit (CPU) ko install kiya jata hai. Socket type CPU aur motherboard ke compatibility ko define karta hai.

2.Chipset: Chipset, motherboard ka ek set of integrated circuits hota hai jo CPU, RAM, storage devices, aur other peripherals ke beech communication manage karta hai. Ismein do major parts hote hain: Northbridge aur Southbridge, ya phir modern systems mein ek hi chip hoti hai.

3.RAM Slots: Yeh slots jahan Random Access Memory (RAM) modules ko install kiya jata hai. Slots ka type (DDR3, DDR4, DDR5, etc.) aur number motherboard ke model pe depend karta hai.

4.BIOS/UEFI Chip: Yeh chip basic input/output system (BIOS) ya Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) firmware ko store karta hai, jo system ko boot karne aur hardware initialize karne ke liye zaroori hota hai.

5.Expansion Slots: Yeh slots jahan additional cards install kiye ja sakte hain, jaise PCI Express (PCIe) slots jo graphics cards, network cards, aur other expansion cards ke liye use hote hain.

6.Storage Connectors: Yeh connectors, jaise SATA ports, hard drives aur solid-state drives (SSDs) ko connect karne ke liye use hote hain. Modern motherboards mein M.2 slots bhi hote hain jo high-speed NVMe SSDs ke liye hote hain.

Yeh basic components ek motherboard ko functional aur operational banate hain. Har motherboard ka design aur features alag ho sakte hain, lekin yeh common components aksar har motherboard mein paye jate hain.
